Landscape Maintenance in Sugar Land, TX

Keep the beds, shrubs, and color sharp year-round.

A new landscape is an investment — recurring care protects it. We keep beds clean and edged, shrubs and hedges shaped, mulch fresh, and seasonal color rotating, plus the spring and fall cleanups that reset the whole yard. (Looking for recurring grass mowing? That lives on our dedicated Lawn Care service.) One crew that already knows your property and the trees over it.

Why Brazos

We're already the crew that knows your trees. Landscape maintenance with Brazos means the same people watching the canopy, the beds, and the drainage — so small problems (a rubbing limb, a clogged drain, an overgrown bed) get caught on a routine visit instead of becoming next year's emergency.

We clear it, grade it, drain it, and plant it — one crew, one contract, raw lot to finished yard.

Common questions

Maintenance questions, answered straight.

Do you offer recurring maintenance or just one-time cleanups?

Both. Many homeowners start with a one-time spring or fall cleanup, then move to a recurring plan once they see the property dialed in. Plans are weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the season and how much bed and color work you want included.

Can you maintain a landscape someone else installed?

Absolutely. You don't have to have used us for the install. We'll walk the property, note what's there, and build a plan to keep it healthy — and we'll tell you honestly if something was planted wrong for the spot.

Do you handle HOA and commercial property maintenance?

Yes. We maintain entrances, common areas, and commercial frontage in Fort Bend, including the documentation and insurance certificates HOAs require. Because we also do tree work, we can handle the canopy over those common areas on the same contract.

What does spring and fall cleanup include?

Spring: cut back winter damage, fresh mulch, pre-emergent weed control, first color swap, and a once-over on irrigation and drainage. Fall: leaf cleanup, cut back perennials, cool-season color, and prep beds for winter. They're the two visits that make the biggest difference in how the yard looks the rest of the year.
