What we handle
Everything the lawn needs.
Mowing, edging & trimming
The core weekly job — cut to the right height for your grass, crisp edges along walks and beds, line-trimmed around obstacles, and every hard surface blown clean.
Fertilization & weed control
Seasonal feeding and pre/post-emergent weed control matched to St. Augustine, Zoysia, or Bermuda — the difference between a lawn that's merely mowed and one that's thick and green.
Leaf cleanup & haul-away
Fall and storm leaf cleanup, hauled off on our own dump trucks. Most mowing companies rent a trailer; we already run the fleet.
Lot & acreage mowing
Big lots, vacant parcels, and acreage handled with tractor and brush equipment — the same machines we run on land-clearing jobs. Few lawn companies can touch this.
Beds, hedges & mulch
Bed weeding, hedge and shrub shaping, and annual mulch refreshes to keep the whole yard — not just the grass — looking maintained.
Trees watched, free
We're arborists first. On every mowing visit we keep an eye on the canopy and flag rubbing limbs, deadwood, or hazards before the next storm finds them.

Common questions
Lawn care questions, answered straight.
How much does lawn mowing cost in the Houston / Fort Bend area?
Most standard residential lawns run $40–$55 per cut, with recurring weekly or biweekly plans at the lower end and one-time overgrown cuts a bit higher. Price depends on lot size, slope, and how much edging and trimming the yard needs. We quote a flat per-visit price up front after we size your lawn — no surprises, no per-hour billing.
Should I mow weekly or every other week?
Through the Houston growing season (roughly April–October) St. Augustine and Bermuda put on enough growth that weekly keeps it healthiest — cutting more than a third of the blade at once stresses the grass. In spring and fall, every other week is usually fine, and in winter dormancy mowing all but stops. We'll recommend a cadence and adjust it with the season.
Do you require a contract?
No. No contracts, no sign-up fees, no cancellation penalty. Start a recurring plan, pause it, or cancel anytime — we keep your business by showing up and doing good work, not by locking you in.
Do you bag the clippings or mulch them?
Your choice. Mulching the clippings back into the lawn returns nutrients and is best most of the year. When the grass is tall, wet, or seeding, we bag and haul it off — and because we run our own trucks, haul-away is easy and cheap.
Do you also fertilize and treat weeds, or only mow?
Both. Mowing keeps it tidy; a seasonal fertilization and weed-control program keeps it thick and green so weeds have nowhere to take hold. You can add the program to any recurring mow plan, or bundle them in our Full Lawn Health plan.
Can you mow large lots or acreage, not just yards?
Yes — that's a real advantage of hiring a land-and-tree company. We run tractors and brush equipment for our land-clearing work, so vacant lots, large estates, and multi-acre parcels are no problem. Most lawn-only outfits can't touch acreage.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We slide you to the next dry day, usually within 24–48 hours, and keep your cycle on track. We don't mow saturated lawns — it rips up wet turf and ruts the soil. You don't get charged for a skipped rain day.
