Tree service in the Energy Corridor.
The Energy Corridor along I-10 west of 610 is mostly office buildings, but the residential neighborhoods threaded between them — Briar Forest, the Memorial Park West edge, Wilchester — have substantial established canopy. Live oaks lining Briar Forest Drive and pines in older Wilchester sections.
Why local matters
Twelve years on the same streets.
Energy Corridor work is split: residential maintenance for homeowners and periodic commercial property work for office parks. The commercial scheduling fits weekends or after-hours; residential is standard. Hurricane Harvey flooding affected several Energy Corridor streets and we still see flood-stress declines a decade later.

Local knowledge
What Energy Corridor trees are really up against.
Energy Corridor stretches along Interstate 10 west of the Beltway, characterized by extensive corporate campuses (Chevron, BP, Shell) and adjacent residential neighborhoods. The residential trees here are mostly 30–50 year live oaks, southern magnolias, and pine populations dating from the 1970s–80s development. The corporate campus tree work is fundamentally different from residential — larger budgets, more proactive maintenance, and tree care integrated with overall landscape management. We handle both residential and commercial work in this corridor. Hurricane Harvey in 2017 caused major flooding in parts of the Energy Corridor; trees in flood-affected sections may still show post-event decline. Common species: live oak (dominant), loblolly pine, southern magnolia, sweetgum, and post oak.
